Outdoor design, from the ground up.

Design your irrigation system in minutes.

Draw your property. Topoform places sprinklers, routes pipes and creates a ready-to-build irrigation plan.

Free during beta. Sign in with your email — no password.

The Topoform editor: a lawn outline with sprinklers placed, coverage circles, irrigation zones and the pipe network.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Draw your plot

Trace the outline of your lawn, mark the areas to skip and set the scale. You can trace over a site plan or an aerial photo you upload.

A plot outline drawn in the Topoform editor, before any sprinklers are placed.
  2. Step 2

    Auto-placement and zones

One click places the sprinklers, groups them into zones that fit your water supply, routes the pipes and adds valves and equipment. Everything stays editable by hand.

The same plot after Auto-design: sprinklers, zones and pipes.
  3. Step 3

    Bill of materials and PDF

Get zone flows and a bill of materials with quantities and estimated prices, then export the plan and the parts list as a PDF.

The Results panel with zone flows and the bill of materials.

What you get today

Hunter MP Rotator nozzles

Heads come from the Hunter MP Rotator range — MP800SR, MP1000, MP2000 and MP3000, plus strip and corner nozzles. Adjust the arc and radius of any head.

Zone flow checks

Each zone’s total flow is checked against the limit of your pipe or your measured water supply, with a warning before the hard limit.

City water or a tank and pump

Design for a pressurized supply such as city water, or for a tank with a pump. With a tank, the pump and tank are sized from your zones.

Bill of materials with prices

Quantities and estimated prices in US dollars or rubles. The estimate is deliberately conservative — check it before you buy.

Feet or metres

Work in imperial or metric units. The project remembers its units.

Saved projects and invite links

Projects are saved to your account, with undo and redo. An invite link gives the recipient their own editable copy.

Who it is for

Homeowners planning their own system

You want to know how many sprinklers you need, where they go, how many zones to run and roughly what the parts cost — before you dig a trench or call anyone.

Also useful for

Installers

A quick starting layout and a parts list for a quote, which you then adjust by hand.

Frequently asked questions

Is Topoform free?

Yes. During the beta every feature is free and no payment details are collected. The plans we intend to offer after the beta are listed on the Pricing page.

Which sprinklers does it use?

Hunter MP Rotator nozzles: MP800SR, MP1000, MP2000 and MP3000, plus the side-strip, corner-strip and corner nozzles. Other brands and drip irrigation are not supported yet.

Do I have to accept the automatic layout?

No. Auto-design gives you a starting point. You can move, add or delete heads, change arcs and radii, regroup zones and redraw pipes by hand, then recompute.

How accurate is the bill of materials?

It is a planning estimate, not a quote. Some figures are deliberately on the high side — for example, all pipe is priced at a single diameter, and pump pressure is sized from the full length of the main line. Check quantities and prices before you buy.

Can I work in feet and gallons?

Yes. Switch between imperial and metric at any time. The English version starts in imperial units, the Russian version in metric.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with your email address and a sign-in link; there is no password to create or remember.

Can I share a design with my installer?

Yes. Create an invite link — the recipient signs in and gets their own editable copy, and your original stays unchanged. You can also hand over the exported PDF.
